Cancellation Policy

At Jovins Contracting, all projects involve custom labor, scheduling, and materials ordered specifically for your job. a) Deposits: All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your place on our schedule, covers project planning, and allows us to order materials. b) Materials: Any materials that have been ordered, purchased, cut, or specially ordered for your project are non-refundable and become the property of the client upon full payment. c) Labor: No refunds will be issued for labor or services already performed, in progress, or completed. d) Cancellations: If you cancel after signing, you will be responsible for all costs incurred to date, including materials, labor, subcontractors, and a 25% restocking / scheduling fee. Any remaining balance from your deposit after costs will be forfeited. e) Warranty vs Refund: This policy does not affect our workmanship warranty. If there is a defect in our installation, we will repair or correct it per our warranty
